Getting Started

How do I ask a question?

Click the "Ask Question" button at the top of any page. You'll need to sign in with Google first. Give your question a clear title, select a category, and provide as much detail as possible — including your province, budget, and what you've already tried.

How do I answer a question?

Browse questions in any category, click one that interests you, and scroll to the "Your Answer" section at the bottom. Sign in with Google to post your answer.

Account & Profile

How do I sign in?

Click the "Sign In" button and authenticate with your Google account. We only use your name, email, and profile picture — we never post to your account.

How does reputation work?

You earn reputation points for contributing to the community: +5 for asking a question, +10 for answering, and +15 if your answer is accepted. Higher reputation shows you're a trusted contributor.

Voting & Moderation

How do votes work?

Upvote helpful questions and answers to boost their visibility. Downvote content that's incorrect or unhelpful. Your votes help the community surface the best answers.

AI Moderation

Our AI automatically checks all content for quality, relevance, and appropriateness. If your post is flagged, you'll receive a message explaining why. You can always edit and resubmit.
