How do I make authentic poutine at home in Alberta?
I'm from Quebec originally but moved to Calgary. I miss good poutine. The cheese curds here don't squeak. Where can I find real cheese curds? What's the best gravy recipe? And what type of fries work best — thick cut or shoestring?
