How do I dispute a credit card charge with RBC?
I was charged $450 for a flight I never took because the airline canceled and refused a refund. RBC is saying it's 'not a billing error.' I'm in Quebec. What are my rights and how do I escalate this? Do I need to contact the ombudsman?
